Не понял, зачем вы его запостили? Посмотрел видео с расшифровкой http://www.pravda.com.ua/rus/news/2015/12/16/7092716/, лишний раз убедился, что хамить и вести себя непотребно начал Аваков. Если он надеется этим видео оправдаться, то это очень глупая надежда.
